Lisa Richmond is a Certified Life Coach and Recovery Coach based in Lake County, Illinois, dedicated to mental health advocacy. Her areas of focus include trauma, addiction, suicide prevention, and family violence. Drawing from her personal experiences, Lisa seeks to empower individuals to overcome obstacles and build resilience.
Lisa's academic journey began at City Vision University in Kansas City, Missouri, where she earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Christian Ministry - Leadership in August 2019. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Addiction Counseling, furthering her expertise in addiction and recovery.
Her coaching philosophy emphasizes education, purpose, self-worth, accountability, and emotional resilience. Lisa supports clients in managing a range of emotional challenges, including triumph, despair, pride, abandonment, rejection, stigma, grief, and shame. She helps them develop positive beliefs and effectively navigate their emotions.

Lisa holds numerous certifications, such as Certified Trauma Coach, Human Trafficking Consultant, and Domestic Violence Advocate, reflecting her dedication and expertise.
